It's no secret I love, love reading blogs!  I sometimes find them by accident or through friends.  Either way I love it when someone tells me about a great blog and I'm instantly hooked.

1.  Designer Bags and Dirty Diapers

I was referred to this blog via facebook and she does not disappoint!  I love her approach to fashion, her pics of "food porn" as she calls it and her amazing candor.  She recently shared a very meaningful/touching post about infertility and it literally brought tears to me eyes.  If you are a looking for a blog that has a little bit of everything than this is the blog for you!

2.  Pawley's Island Posh

Is such a cute blog!!  It's about all things decor (although she will blog about skincare, fashion and food) but done is such a way that it doesn't intimidate me.  I love that she takes us along with her on her projects and will share what worked and what didn't.  She makes mistakes just like the rest of us, is inspired by Pinterest just like the rest of us and is dealing with spacial challenges just like the rest of us.

3.  Sweet Southern Prep

I am so in love with this blog (to be honest)!  The author seems like a real sweetheart and is a great writer as well.  She shares some adorable outfits on her blog.  What I really love is she is just as much of a J.Crew and Tory devotee as I am but she pairs things together in a way that inspire me.  Check her out and you won't be sorry!

At Home Facial Favs

Happy Monday!  I hope you and yours had a great weekend.   On Sunday I gave myself an at home facial and documented some of it on my instastories and got 100 questions, ha!  So I figured I would share what I used here.   The first question I got was the frequency in which I do at home facials and I don't do them as much as I want to or probably should.  I aim for once a week but it's probably every other week.  I love going to a spa and getting a kick ass facial but there isn't always time and sometimes they can be pricey so I've developed an at home routine for myself. I will say as I get older my skin is changing so I'm having to investigate new and different products.  My skin is sensitive, prone to breakouts and can be super dry and super oily so it's a constant juggle for me to find products that actually work for me.  Recently I've been using a ton of philosophy products and I have loved every, single one of them so far!  I also love that you get

A Sad Season

I have to tell you that these past few months and perhaps this year have been hard and yes sad.  My mother told me when we were talking about it that I was experiencing "a sad season" and I have to agree. Now this doesn't mean that everything has been awful, sad and terrible.  I haven't been in bed for weeks at a time with the covers over my head watching trash tv.  Instead I feel like it has been one of those times were the hits just keep on coming.  The bad news just keeps rolling in like ocean waves.  It has been a time of tremendous loss and sadness.  The events that have occurred aren't the same but it felt like every time I would get my ahead above water something else would happen.   It has been difficult because there are happy times mixed in to all of the sad.  In those times of happiness I have genuinely tried to be in the moment but my heart wasn't in the right place.  My heart has not felt happy and there has been an undercurrent of sadness tha
