The Tube

Happy Day my lovelies!!  

 I hope you are having a fantastic week and taking good care of yourself.  The hubs and I have been watching a lot of TV lately.  We get on these kicks and as soon as the weather turns nice we will stop watching cold turkey, ha!  For now here is what we are loving on the tube.

1.  The Jinx

 Did you watch the docu-series the jinx on HBO?!  If not you are missing out and must do it now.  It is damn good and crazy as hell.  There aren't a ton of things that both the hubs and I enjoy but this series was one of them.  It's over now so you can bing watch all at once!  
2.  House of Cards

 The hubs and I are almost done with season 3 of house of cards.  I'm not gonna lie it started out slow but stick with it!!  It doesn't disappoint in the end.
3.  Southern Charm

 I know, I know it's cheesy and mindless but I love it!  It's such a fun show that is highly entertaining.  The first episode of season two came out on Monday and it's gonna be a fun season to watch so tune in!

At Home Facial Favs

Happy Monday!  I hope you and yours had a great weekend.   On Sunday I gave myself an at home facial and documented some of it on my instastories and got 100 questions, ha!  So I figured I would share what I used here.   The first question I got was the frequency in which I do at home facials and I don't do them as much as I want to or probably should.  I aim for once a week but it's probably every other week.  I love going to a spa and getting a kick ass facial but there isn't always time and sometimes they can be pricey so I've developed an at home routine for myself. I will say as I get older my skin is changing so I'm having to investigate new and different products.  My skin is sensitive, prone to breakouts and can be super dry and super oily so it's a constant juggle for me to find products that actually work for me.  Recently I've been using a ton of philosophy products and I have loved every, single one of them so far!  I also love that you get

The Power of Positive Thinking

Happy Hump Day readers!!  I hope you're having a great week.  From time to time I get emails or requests for certain topics and honestly I've gotten this request in some form or fashion a few times lately.   People have emailed or Facebook messaged me about positivity or how to stay happy during hard times etc.  To be honest I was a bit surprised that these asks kept coming.  I decided it was a sign that I actually needed to blog about it.   I think we've all heard the typical attitude is everything comments and most of the time they are in one ear and out the other.  Or we don't think they apply to us just everyone else.  However, I don't believe that.  I truly believe our attitude and thoughts shape our hours, days, years and ultimately our life experience.   I think this is a huge shift for most of us.  To take our thoughts from the place they have always been is super difficult.  When I got honest with myself I realized that a lot of times what I was think
