1.  Govino Wine Glasses

 I got these awesome glasses as a gift and I am truly obsessed.  I've thanked the person that gave them to me about 10 times.  These are amazing "plastic", stemless, dishwasher safe wine glasses that I adore.  Being outside with the kiddos it's hard to bring a nice wine glass outside or really any glass besides my tervis tumbler and these glasses are the cure all for me.  They are several different shapes and sizes and thankfully they are on amazon.com!

2.  Meditation Made Easy

 One thing that has truly helped me in the past year or so has been mediation.  I get that it can be daunting, scary, intimidating or seem not important but my belief is that anytime spent with yourself is valuable time.  I have used and still use many different resources but I love the headspace app, the recent deepak chopra and oprah 21 day challenge and many gabby bernstein resources.  I am loving the recent post on her website about mediation.  Check it out!

3.  Comfy and Fun Casual Wear

At Home Facial Favs

Happy Monday!  I hope you and yours had a great weekend.   On Sunday I gave myself an at home facial and documented some of it on my instastories and got 100 questions, ha!  So I figured I would share what I used here.   The first question I got was the frequency in which I do at home facials and I don't do them as much as I want to or probably should.  I aim for once a week but it's probably every other week.  I love going to a spa and getting a kick ass facial but there isn't always time and sometimes they can be pricey so I've developed an at home routine for myself. I will say as I get older my skin is changing so I'm having to investigate new and different products.  My skin is sensitive, prone to breakouts and can be super dry and super oily so it's a constant juggle for me to find products that actually work for me.  Recently I've been using a ton of philosophy products and I have loved every, single one of them so far!  I also love that you get

A Sad Season

I have to tell you that these past few months and perhaps this year have been hard and yes sad.  My mother told me when we were talking about it that I was experiencing "a sad season" and I have to agree. Now this doesn't mean that everything has been awful, sad and terrible.  I haven't been in bed for weeks at a time with the covers over my head watching trash tv.  Instead I feel like it has been one of those times were the hits just keep on coming.  The bad news just keeps rolling in like ocean waves.  It has been a time of tremendous loss and sadness.  The events that have occurred aren't the same but it felt like every time I would get my ahead above water something else would happen.   It has been difficult because there are happy times mixed in to all of the sad.  In those times of happiness I have genuinely tried to be in the moment but my heart wasn't in the right place.  My heart has not felt happy and there has been an undercurrent of sadness tha
