1.  Reinventing Your Bathing Suit

 I have to tell you that trying to find decent maternity bathing suits is nearly impossible.  So far I've been making my non-maternity ones and the one maternity suit I like work.  However, when I read one of my fav blogs (link below) about reinventing your suits I was thrilled.  What a quick and easy way to shake things up!  I tried it today and loved it.

 Have you seen all the amazing sales going on right now?  Nordstrom, Anthro and Tory Burch.  Such great deals happening right now so if you've had your eye on something now is the time to buy!  

 I got some great stuff that I can wear while pregnant and hopefully after!  Be sure to check out the sales.

 I picked up this super cute vest at Nordstrom!  I've been wanting the J. Brand version but wasn't willing to pay $250 for it.  Loved that I scored it at Nordstrom for way less.  While it's not on sale I did have a $20 nordstrom note that made it worth my while!

At Home Facial Favs

Happy Monday!  I hope you and yours had a great weekend.   On Sunday I gave myself an at home facial and documented some of it on my instastories and got 100 questions, ha!  So I figured I would share what I used here.   The first question I got was the frequency in which I do at home facials and I don't do them as much as I want to or probably should.  I aim for once a week but it's probably every other week.  I love going to a spa and getting a kick ass facial but there isn't always time and sometimes they can be pricey so I've developed an at home routine for myself. I will say as I get older my skin is changing so I'm having to investigate new and different products.  My skin is sensitive, prone to breakouts and can be super dry and super oily so it's a constant juggle for me to find products that actually work for me.  Recently I've been using a ton of philosophy products and I have loved every, single one of them so far!  I also love that you get

A Sad Season

I have to tell you that these past few months and perhaps this year have been hard and yes sad.  My mother told me when we were talking about it that I was experiencing "a sad season" and I have to agree. Now this doesn't mean that everything has been awful, sad and terrible.  I haven't been in bed for weeks at a time with the covers over my head watching trash tv.  Instead I feel like it has been one of those times were the hits just keep on coming.  The bad news just keeps rolling in like ocean waves.  It has been a time of tremendous loss and sadness.  The events that have occurred aren't the same but it felt like every time I would get my ahead above water something else would happen.   It has been difficult because there are happy times mixed in to all of the sad.  In those times of happiness I have genuinely tried to be in the moment but my heart wasn't in the right place.  My heart has not felt happy and there has been an undercurrent of sadness tha
