All I Want For Christmas

Have you started Christmas shopping yet? 

If you are one of those people that is completely done and everything is wrapped under the tree...I envy you and hate you just a tiny bit :)  Just kidding!

Anyway, per my usual, I haven't bought one item yet!  There isn't a single gift under my fabulous tree and I refuse to feel stressed about it. 

I did go to Target this past week to buy the hubs some stocking stuffers (which I just ended up giving to him so now I am back to square one).  I realized while I was there that all I want for Christmas is at Target!

1.  Cute PJs

I love pj's.  I especially love the manish (as the hubs) calls them pj's that are basically separates.  I just think they are so comfy and they keep me so warm at night.  I bought these pj's at target and can't wait to wear them all winter long!




2.  The Perfect Earbuds

I have been on the hunt for the perfect earbuds to run/workout in.  I wanted the ones that go over your ears but I didn't want to spend an arm and leg for them.  They shouldn't have been hard to find but they were!  I finally found them at Target and I am soo excited. 








3.  Neiman Marcus

And finally the holy grail, Neiman Marcus at Target.  Can I get an AMEN?!  I love, loved everything they had but I had to narrow down my options as I am trying to stay on my budget (boo!)  Here is what I picked up!

At Home Facial Favs

Happy Monday!  I hope you and yours had a great weekend.   On Sunday I gave myself an at home facial and documented some of it on my instastories and got 100 questions, ha!  So I figured I would share what I used here.   The first question I got was the frequency in which I do at home facials and I don't do them as much as I want to or probably should.  I aim for once a week but it's probably every other week.  I love going to a spa and getting a kick ass facial but there isn't always time and sometimes they can be pricey so I've developed an at home routine for myself. I will say as I get older my skin is changing so I'm having to investigate new and different products.  My skin is sensitive, prone to breakouts and can be super dry and super oily so it's a constant juggle for me to find products that actually work for me.  Recently I've been using a ton of philosophy products and I have loved every, single one of them so far!  I also love that you get

A Sad Season

I have to tell you that these past few months and perhaps this year have been hard and yes sad.  My mother told me when we were talking about it that I was experiencing "a sad season" and I have to agree. Now this doesn't mean that everything has been awful, sad and terrible.  I haven't been in bed for weeks at a time with the covers over my head watching trash tv.  Instead I feel like it has been one of those times were the hits just keep on coming.  The bad news just keeps rolling in like ocean waves.  It has been a time of tremendous loss and sadness.  The events that have occurred aren't the same but it felt like every time I would get my ahead above water something else would happen.   It has been difficult because there are happy times mixed in to all of the sad.  In those times of happiness I have genuinely tried to be in the moment but my heart wasn't in the right place.  My heart has not felt happy and there has been an undercurrent of sadness tha
