1.  Suja Master Cleanse

So I bought this drink on a little whim at whole foods a few weeks ago.  I bought two of them and thought we will see.  I tried them and I really love them!  I probably don't use them the way you should, ha, but I have really enjoyed them.  

First I normally only drink half and I drink it at the start of my day when I know I'm going to be able to eat clean.  While I try to eat healthy all the time, let's be serious, ha!  So I pick two days out of the week and I am super healthy.  The great thing is those two days normally carry into the other 5.

2.  Muscle Shoals on Netflix

I am currently very obsessed with Netflix and constantly asking people what the hubs and I should be watching.  Someone recommended watching the documentary Muscle Shoals and we both LOVED it.  It's such an awesome and interesting story about the creation of some of the most memorable music we know.  What makes the story even more interesting (to me anyway) is that all the music was made in a small Alabama town called Muscle Shoals.  

If you are looking for something low key to do this weekend I highly recommend watching Muscle Shoals.



3.  Sunday Sale

Thank you all for your awesome support of the blog sale last month!  Because of the huge success I've decided to have another one tomorrow.  I have some awesome items to sell!  I will tell you there are a lot of spring/summer dresses along with some cute Lilly tops and fun accessories.  

Like the previous sale I will post everything at 9 a.m. and then it will be first come, first serve. Also, I am going to charge $5 for shipping because I honestly had no idea how expensive shipping could be until I went to ship everything last month, whew!

At Home Facial Favs

Happy Monday!  I hope you and yours had a great weekend.   On Sunday I gave myself an at home facial and documented some of it on my instastories and got 100 questions, ha!  So I figured I would share what I used here.   The first question I got was the frequency in which I do at home facials and I don't do them as much as I want to or probably should.  I aim for once a week but it's probably every other week.  I love going to a spa and getting a kick ass facial but there isn't always time and sometimes they can be pricey so I've developed an at home routine for myself. I will say as I get older my skin is changing so I'm having to investigate new and different products.  My skin is sensitive, prone to breakouts and can be super dry and super oily so it's a constant juggle for me to find products that actually work for me.  Recently I've been using a ton of philosophy products and I have loved every, single one of them so far!  I also love that you get

The Power of Positive Thinking

Happy Hump Day readers!!  I hope you're having a great week.  From time to time I get emails or requests for certain topics and honestly I've gotten this request in some form or fashion a few times lately.   People have emailed or Facebook messaged me about positivity or how to stay happy during hard times etc.  To be honest I was a bit surprised that these asks kept coming.  I decided it was a sign that I actually needed to blog about it.   I think we've all heard the typical attitude is everything comments and most of the time they are in one ear and out the other.  Or we don't think they apply to us just everyone else.  However, I don't believe that.  I truly believe our attitude and thoughts shape our hours, days, years and ultimately our life experience.   I think this is a huge shift for most of us.  To take our thoughts from the place they have always been is super difficult.  When I got honest with myself I realized that a lot of times what I was think
