How are all my lovely readers today?!  I am relishing these last days of summer!  I feel like the fall is going to be here in the blink of an eye.  I hope you enjoy this edition of what's what!

1.  Equipment

I am really loving everything Equipment these days.  They have been perfect this summer.  However the dress and top are precious and will absolutely work in the fall as well.  I will throw the top on with black jeans and wear the dress with boots.  I snagged both of these items on shop bop.  









2.   Yummy Wine

 My mom and I have been loving all things Rose this summer.  She found the perfect Rose that isn't too sweet and goes with all my favorite summer dishes.  This wine has been in heavy rotation lately.



3.  70s on 7

 I love, love my sirius xm radio.  I have been listening to the 70s channel constantly.  Something about all the James Taylor and Rolling Stones tunes makes me feel like summer will never end.  Emily starts dancing the minute we get in the car!  She's a big fan too :)

At Home Facial Favs

Happy Monday!  I hope you and yours had a great weekend.   On Sunday I gave myself an at home facial and documented some of it on my instastories and got 100 questions, ha!  So I figured I would share what I used here.   The first question I got was the frequency in which I do at home facials and I don't do them as much as I want to or probably should.  I aim for once a week but it's probably every other week.  I love going to a spa and getting a kick ass facial but there isn't always time and sometimes they can be pricey so I've developed an at home routine for myself. I will say as I get older my skin is changing so I'm having to investigate new and different products.  My skin is sensitive, prone to breakouts and can be super dry and super oily so it's a constant juggle for me to find products that actually work for me.  Recently I've been using a ton of philosophy products and I have loved every, single one of them so far!  I also love that you get

The Power of Positive Thinking

Happy Hump Day readers!!  I hope you're having a great week.  From time to time I get emails or requests for certain topics and honestly I've gotten this request in some form or fashion a few times lately.   People have emailed or Facebook messaged me about positivity or how to stay happy during hard times etc.  To be honest I was a bit surprised that these asks kept coming.  I decided it was a sign that I actually needed to blog about it.   I think we've all heard the typical attitude is everything comments and most of the time they are in one ear and out the other.  Or we don't think they apply to us just everyone else.  However, I don't believe that.  I truly believe our attitude and thoughts shape our hours, days, years and ultimately our life experience.   I think this is a huge shift for most of us.  To take our thoughts from the place they have always been is super difficult.  When I got honest with myself I realized that a lot of times what I was think
